In celebration of this crafty Christmas season, we decided to have a little holiday fun of our own and see if we DIY novices could create a name card inspired by a place setting on Martha Stewart’s website.

Supplies:

  • Tree Branches
  • Hot glue gun
  • Construction Paper and Pen
  • Small Evergreen branches and Holly leaves
  • Fake Décor Berries or Cranberries
  • Your favorite Christmas music

Step 1:

First, cut two same-size pieces of the branches; ours are about 3-4 inches long.

Step 2:

Glue the two branches together, making sure to not let the glue show.

Step 3:

Now, cut out and write or print your name tag. We matted ours with classic red paper to accent the berries.

Step 4:

Slide the name tag between the two branches; use glue if necessary.

Glue a small piece of evergreen or holly leaves to the edge of the name tag. Add two or three berries for an extra touch!
